C.H. Briggs Company, Inc. to Acquire Dolan & Traynor Inc.
Strategic Acquisition Expands Presence In New York City Metro,
Eastern New York State and Central/North New Jersey
READING, PA, March 8, 2018 – C.H. Briggs announced that it has agreed to purchase certain assets of Dolan & Traynor located in Wayne, New Jersey. Concurrent with this announcement, Corian® Design grants C.H. Briggs expanded distribution rights for Corian® Solid Surface and Corian® Quartz in regions operated by Dolan & Traynor upon completion of the transaction. C.H. Briggs expects the transaction to close mid April, 2018.
Furthering C.H. Briggs initiative to invest in new, high-growth markets, this agreement reinforces the company’s position as the premier provider of specialty building materials for interiors.
