General Information

Cancellation Policy

All registration fees are refundable for written cancellations postmarked by October 7, 2004. A $95 cancellation fee will be deducted from Annual Convention registration refunds requested October 7 – 22, 2004. No refunds will be issued after October 22, 2004.

November/Fall temperatures for the Chicago area averages in the low to mid-30's (in degrees Fahrenheit). As always, temperatures and weather patterns vary. Evening and meeting room temperatures may be cool, please plan accordingly.

Attire
Dress for all events, with the exception of the President's Reception and Dinner, is business casual. Suggested attire for men includes slacks and sport shirts with no tie; for women, suggested attire includes slacks/skirts, pantsuits or a casual dress. Attire for the President's Reception and Dinner is coat and tie for men; cocktail attire for women.

Ground Transportation
Taxi : Approximately $35 -$40 from O'Hare to Downtown and approximately $28-$34 from Midway to Downtown.
