Hotel Reservations
The 2008 NBMDA Annual Convention & Tabletop Business Session will be held at the new Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. The special NBMDA room rate is $239 for single/double occupancy (15% tax and a $15 per night resort fee additional). The deadline to secure accommodations with the special NBMDA rate is September 30, 2008.

Reservation Guarantee/Deposit Policy:
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold a reservation. Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center will accept American Express, Carte Blanche, Diner's Club, Discover , Japan Credit Bureau, MasterCard and Visa. If cancellation is made 72 hours prior to arrival the deposit of one night's stay will be refunded.
