 The 2007 Annual Convention & Tabletop Business Session will be held at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado. To see all that The Broadmoor has to offer, click here.
NBMDA has negotiated a special discounted room rate for all Convention attendees. Discounted rates will be available until October 3, 2007 or until the NBMDA block is full, whichever comes first. Please be sure to book your hotel room as soon as possible. When you phone in your reservation mention you are attending the NBMDA Convention to secure the discounted sleeping room rate.

Hotel Rates:
Sleeping Room Rate: $184 single/double per night + tax
Required Resort Fee: $14 per room per night single/double ($2.50 for each additional person).
Hotel Deposit / Cancellation:
A deposit equal to one nights stay will be collected by the hotel when a reservation is made. Should you wish to cancel your hotel reservation, please do so at least seven days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Deposits will not be refunded should reservation be cancelled less than seven days prior to arrival.
NBMDA was informed by the Broadmoor that hotel rooms for the night of Thursday, November 1, are sold out; however hotel rooms are still available for the nights of Friday, November 2-Monday, November 5. NBMDA has overflow rooms available for the evening of Thursday, November 1 at the DoubleTree Hotel Colorado Springs – World Arena at a NBMDA contracted rate of $109.00. Complimentary transportation to the Broadmoor Hotel on Friday, November 2, will be provided for the NBMDA attendees. To make your reservation at the DoubleTree Hotel, please call 719-576-8900.
