Chicago always proves to be a good location for NBMDA’s meeting. The 2004 Annual Conference & Tabletop Business Session was no different. Hundreds of building material distribution professionals and their trading partners met to learn, network and discuss their partnerships.

The education offerings of Dr. Barry Asmus, Mark Dancer and Mikki Williams were very popular and received high marks from attendees. Their messages combined to provide a thought provoking balance of theory, analysis, forecasting and personal growth.

Chicago was a great back drop for our meeting in 2004, allowing the spouse/guests a chance to tackle shopping on Michigan Avenue, and discuss the reading chosen for this year’s Book Club.

The Tabletop Business Session was a great success again this year, with attendance high, the show floor was crowded from start to finish with exhibitors reporting high numbers of appointments and attendees pleased with the strong showing of first-time exhibitors.
