 Attendee Registration!
ALL exhibitors must register their attendees for this event. Your booth fee includes two full-conference registrations, however you must send in registration forms in order for NBMDA to produce badges. You can click here to print the registration form. Fax it back to NBMDA at (312) 644.0310. There are special rates for additional representatives, spouse/guests as well as several optional events. Not sure if you are registered or not? Click here to view the registered attendee listing. If you are not listed here, then we have not yet processed your registration. Keep in mind this list is updated weekly.
 New Product Showcase Registration
 Enter NBMDA's 2006 Online New Product Showcase. If you have a product that was introduced this year, you can enter in the Online New Product Showcase. There is no cost to enter a product. The goal of the showcase is to draw attention to new products offered by our Orlando exhibitors. The listing will allow distributor attendees to view your product, visit your website or reach out to you directly to schedule an appointment to meet in Orlando. Decorator Notes:
- Missing Form F-6
A number of exhibitors have let us know that a page was missing from the Shepard Exposition Services Exhibitor Service Kit that was included on the CD-ROM version of the 2006 NBMDA Exhibitor Marketing Kit. The entire Exhibitor Marketing Kit is available online, and the Shepard information includes form F-6 that was missing from the CD version. If you are trying to place an order for additional furniture this form outlines fees. You can place your order by phone by contacting Shepard directly as well.

- Shipping
It is time to consider your shipping options for the meeting. Note you can send items in advance to the Shepard warehouse, but you must do so prior to October 27, 2006. Items arriving to the warehouse after the 27 th will incur a charge. You can also send your exhibit items to the Dolphin hotel care of Shepard or you can simply send it to a guest arriving at the hotel Contact the Dolphin hotel regarding their policy and fees regarding freight items.

 Make Your Appointments Now!
Now is the time to reach out the distributors and schedule appointments to meet onsite in Orlando. Utilize the attendee listing online to see who is registered, send a mailing to distributors using the data on the CD-ROM Exhibitor Marketing Kit and reach out to them by phone and email. Success in Orlando will depend on the time you spend in advance communicating with distributors! You can use the 2006 Appointment Schedule to keep track of your appointments. You can also share this scheduling tool with the distributors.
