This Show is Tabletop Only!

For those of you who have "exhibited" with us in the past you know that this is strictly a tabletop exhibit only. No floor standing displays are allowed in the exhibit hall. This means that no floor standing backdrops, product samples, easels, tripods, or display racks are permitted. Complete rules and regulations can be found on the back of the booth contract or on-line.

You are allowed to bring and display product samples and literature conducive to tabletop display. You may also hang banners and signs on the back drape. If you have any questions regarding your display, please contact NBMDA at (888) 747-7862.

Save money and time and leave your floor standing displays behind. You will not be allowed to display any floor standing displays!

Invite Your Distributors

As an exhibitor in the 2006 Annual Convention & Tabletop Business Session in Orlando, you can invite any of your non-member distributors to attend the convention for free! If you have distributors who are not members of the association, you can invite them to attend all of the education sessions, roundtable discussions, meal functions and networking events on Friday and Saturday November 3-4, at no charge.

Non-member registration for this event is normally $695. Introduce your non-member distributors to all that NBMDA has to offer. They will have access to the Tabletop Business Session on Friday evening and all day Saturday, so they can meet with you to discuss business, and learn along side other distributors.

Decorator Notes: Shipping!

When shipping your exhibit materials for the convention, you have several options.

• First you can send materials to the Shepard Exposition Services Warehouse from October 4-27, 2006. Boxes arriving to the Warehouse after October 27th are subject to "after deadline" charges, so make certain they arrive prior to 10/27/06.
• You can also ship materials direct to the show site at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel care of Shepard beginning November 3, 2006. Shipments that arrive prior to this date may be refused by the facility.
• The third option that you may consider is having your material sent to the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel in the name of the attendee. You can simply pick up your materials from the hotel when you arrive and carry the material to the exhibit hall. You must make certain that materials do not arrive more than a day in advance of the check-in. Check with the hotel for any delivery charges.
