What
Needs to Be Done for Orlando?

Find yourself wondering what needs to be done for the upcoming meeting in Orlando?

Register your attendees! You must submit a registration form for each attendee in order to get badges produced. Click here for details.

Book Your Hotel! The 2006 Annual Convention and Tabletop Business Session will be held at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. To make reservations, call the Dolphin directly at (888) 828-8850. 

Send in Your Product Listing Form! NBMDA produces an official meeting program including a listing of exhibitors. Submit your form as soon as possible to make sure your company is included! Click here to print the form.

Exhibitor Marketing Kits

By now you should have received your Exhibitor Marketing Kit CD-ROM in the mail. If you haven’t received yours, this kit can also be found on our website. The web-based kit includes all of the details of the Annual Convention & Tabletop Business Session in Orlando. You are encouraged to use this kit to:

  • Register your attendees
  • Make your hotel arrangements
  • Ship your exhibit material
  • Order additional material from Shepard Expositions
  • Register for the online New Product Showcase
  • Communicate with our distributors prior to the meeting

The CD-ROM Exhibitor Marketing Kit that was mailed included files with full contact data for NBMDA's distributor members. Use this information to communicate your involvement, booth number, introduce your product and request an appointment.

Housing & Attendee Registration

Your booth fee includes two full conference registrations. This allows you to attend all of the education sessions, networking events, round table discussions and meal functions on both days of the convention. You must however register your attendees. Simply print the registration form and fax your registration to us at (312) 644-0310. If you are only registering two attendees, there is no charge; however you are encouraged to bring spouses, and additional representatives (special prices are available for each).

If you have not yet done so, you should secure your hotel reservations at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. Take advantage of the deeply discounted rates for NBMDA attendees. You can phone directly at (888) 828-8850.

The room block deadline is October 3, 2006.

Decorator Notes: Carpeted Show floor!

Please note that your booth package includes the following:

  • 6X2 skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • wastebasket
  • ID sign

This year’s tabletop exhibit session will take place in the Atlantic Exhibit Hall D at the Dolphin Hotel. This exhibit hall is carpeted. Unless you decide that you require a specific carpet color, no additional order is necessary.
