Staff

All volunteer leaders are supported by a full-time headquarters staff comprised of professionals specializing in all aspects of association management. NBMDA has retained the nation's premier association management firm, SmithBucklin Corporation, to professionally manage all of the association's affairs.

Liaison to the CIDA Steering Committee and the CIDA Manufacturer's Council with responsibility for new member recruitment, member retention, conference booth sales, meeting participation, advertising and sponsorship sales.

Gretchen Fox, Education & Programs Senior Coordinator

Liaison to the SBPD Steering Committee and the SBPD Manufacturer's and Membership committees. Assists in the management of the Education Foundation. Investigates potential new product/service offerings. Manages distribution of all products/services purchased through the association.

Harrison Wilson, Membership Sales Coordinator

Responsible for new member recruitment, member retention and prospecting. Manages association participation at industry tradeshows for purposes of association exposure and member recruitment.

Darice Elam, Member Services Coordinator

Manages the day-to-day financial activity. Maintains database and reports. Coordinates all mailings. Manages registration for all meetings. Manages all spouse activities.

Sarah Chappell, Convention Manager

Coordinates activities of all third party vendors working on the annual meetings with a primary focus on hotel specifications, food/beverage and entertainment. Supports efforts in investigating and negotiating future meeting sites.

Manages the development, design and printing of all communication and promotional material in addition to media relations.
