Manages the day-to-day financial activity. Maintains database and reports. Coordinates all mailings. Manages registration for all meetings. Manages all spouse activities.

Coordinates activities of all third party vendors working on the annual meetings with a primary focus on hotel specifications, food/beverage and entertainment. Supports efforts in investigating and negotiating future meeting sites.

Manages day-to-day information techonology services for NBMDA including database and website management. Manages all project specific and development related to IT and upgrades to NBMDA's operating systems.
